ANNOUNCEMENT FORM

Today’s Date:  Thursday, June 3, 2021

Friday, June the 4^th, HMMS staff and students are encouraged to wear an Orange shirt in support of Indigenous Peoples across Canada.  Teachers- there was an email sent last evening with more information regarding this Friday and orange shirt day.

The deadline for students to return their library books is tomorrow! Please hand in your books to your homeroom teacher following announcements or drop them off in the drop box outside the library door, before the end of the day tomorrow.  After tomorrow, all students with overdue books will receive a fine for the cost of the book.

Joyful June: say positive things in your conversations with others.

As some of you may have noticed we are ready for gardening. Thank you to everyone who is going to help beautify our school property. Please be mindful of the hard work our staff and students are putting in to make our school pretty. 😊

Reminder to students that you should be responsible for cleaning your desk and area.

There are still a few items sitting on the bench in front of the office. Please take a look and take what is yours. If not claimed by tomorrow they will be bagged up and packed away.

Riddle Me Thursday –

A cowboy rode into town of Friday, stayed 3 days and rode out on Friday. How is this possible?

The name of his horse is Friday. :)
